Spooning

This is probably the most intimate love making technique there is and is great for having more sensual sex. Both the man and woman lie on their side facing the same way, such that the man is facing the back of his girls head. He then enters her vagina from behind  while using his arm to hold her. Spooning is a much slower love making technique compared to say the missionary position.

The ’69′ Position

The 69 is a probably one of the most famous, yet misunderstood sex positions. To pull it off, one partner lays on their back on the bed, while the other climbs on top of them, facing the opposite direction. They then simultaneously perform cunnilingus (eating her out/licking her out) and fellatio (giving him head/giving him a blowjob). So the man has his mouth at the girls vagina while the woman has hers over the man’s penis.

Important Tip: The best configuration/position for this is to have the man lying down on his back. Why? Because if he was on top, he can move his hips more (or even too much) making it difficult and uncomfortable for his girl to give him good head (blowjob).

Rear Docking

Rear docking is a lovemaking position where the girl lies on her belly with her legs together. The man then gets on top and straddles her. He then enters his girl from behind. This position is great as his girl can control how tight she is which means wither more or less friction. It is also a really good position for stimulating the front wall of your girls pussy.

We’d advise using the ’69′ position first during foreplay, then rear docking before moving onto spooning when finishing up as it’s the most intimate of all the positions.

It’s really cheesy and the presenters are quite annoying but it has some great tips that we used particularly for when the man is behind the woman. Another thing we found that is not mentioned in the video is how important it is for both partners in the couple to ‘prepare’ before getting intimate with each other.

While sometimes it can be nice to have a quickie, we have always found that we get the most enjoyment when both of us are clean and in a nice, comfortable bed. Obviously you don’t need to follow this like dogma when getting intimate, but when you have time, it really makes the whole sexual experience more enjoyable for the both of you.
